Your dog’s first visit to Bones N’ Biscuits is meant to be a positive and comfortable experience. Like any new environment, it may take a little time for your dog to adjust. Our team focuses on creating a calm, supervised setting where dogs can settle in at their own pace. From the moment you arrive, we guide each dog through a structured introduction so they feel safe, confident, and part of the group.

Before Your First Visit

  • All required vaccinations must be up to date
  • Complete the new client application
  • Schedule an evaluation day
  • Bring your dog on a secure leash
  • Arrive a few minutes early for a calm check-in

Your Dog’s First Day

  • Gentle introduction to the facility
  • Gradual placement into a matched playgroup
  • Supervised group play with trained staff
  • Scheduled rest and quiet time
  • A structured, predictable routine throughout the day

After the Visit

      • Your dog may be tired from a full day of activity
      • Increased thirst is normal after social play
